To be completely honest, I’ve got nothing to tell you this week. Why am I writing then? I want this to be consistent. If I let myself skip one week, what’s stopping me to from skipping another? Have you ever felt this way?
Once I was reading about habits. It seem that for you to develop a habit, like writing a blog, you have to continue an unbreakable chain but most importantly, you have to start with small, achievable goals that you won’t need to depend on motivation. That’s what I’m doing.
